• Refunds on Processing: We will not issue refunds for orders that are in the "Processing" or "Pending" status, even if you feel they are taking longer than estimated.
• Service Substitution: To ensure the highest completion rate for our resellers, we reserve the right to change a service type to a similar or better one if it is necessary to fulfill your order.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Wallet Refunds: Once a deposit is made to your smmpanelcrown.com wallet, it cannot be refunded to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Credit Card). You must use the balance for services on the panel.
